The Board of Directors held their regularly scheduled meeting on April 20, 2009 at the Eldorado office. Vice Chairman Mike Ray called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Approval of March 17, 2009 Board Meeting Minutes: Motion by Ray Smith; seconded by Kerry Jones to approve the March 17, 2009 board meeting minutes. All aye.

Approval of April 2009 CQI minutes: Motion by Martin Duffy; seconded by Judy Humphrey to approve the April 2009 CQI minutes. All aye.

Finance Committee Report: Motion by David Barker; seconded by Lisa Smith to approve the April 20, 2009 finance committee report. Roll call vote taken with David Barker, Martin Duffy, Lavon Henshaw, Dwight Howton, Judy Humphrey, Kerry Jones, Becky Mitchell, Lisa Smith, and Ray Smith voting yes. Vote was 9 yes and 0 no. Motion carried.

Treasurer's Report: Motion by Lisa Smith; seconded by Martin Duffy to approve the March 2009 treasurer's report. Roll call vote taken with David Barker, Martin Duffy, Lavon Henshaw, Dwight Howton, Judy Humphrey, Kerry Jones, Becky Mitchell, Lisa Smith, and Ray Smith voting yes. Vote was 9 yes and 0 no. Motion carried.

Personnel Committee Report:
Approve CEO Evaluation The personnel committee met and completed the evaluation on CEO, Angie Hampton. Motion by Ray Smith; seconded by Martin Duffy to accept the performance evaluation on the CEO, Angie Hampton. All aye.

CEO Report: Please refer to CEO report that was included in the board packet. Motion by Lisa Smith; seconded by Kerry Jones to accept the CEO report. All aye.

Program Report: Jodi McKnight presented the say it out loud media campaign. We have received a grant in the amount of $10,000. Jodi is working on a suicide prevention workshop that will be June 9th.

Motion at 7:35 p.m by Martin Duffy; seconded by Kerry Jones to go into executive session under 2 ( C ) 1 of the open meetings act to discuss personnel. Roll call vote taken with David Barker, Martin Duffy, Lavon Henshaw, Dwight Howton, Judy Humphrey, Kerry Jones, Becky Mitchell, Lisa Smith, and Ray Smith voting yes. Vote was 9 yes and 0 no. Motion carried.
