RESIDENTIAL CARE PROVIDER- Egyptian Health Department's Pregnant &/or Parenting Teen Program, Circle of H.O.P.E (Helping Our Parents Excel), located in Enfield IL, is currently seeking qualified Residential Care Provider candidates for all shifts, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd PRN, as well as weekend coverage.
Qualifications: This person must be 21 years of age or older, have a high school diploma or equivalency and must be able to pass a DCFS and criminal background check. Applicant must also provide proof of auto insurance and possess a valid driver's license without major or multiple infractions. Preference will be given to those who have residential facility work experience or have experience working with youth involved in the child welfare system. Applicant must also be able to work with diverse populations, interact with youth in a healthy manner, and model positive behaviors for the youth they encounter.
Duties & Responsibilities: Candidate will provide care and supervision to youth in care who are expecting and/or parenting teens living in a residential setting. Applicant will be expected to have effective interpersonal skills and encourage youth to complete their identified goals. Applicant will be expected to interact with youth in a positive, healthy manner and model healthy parenting and life skills while also redirecting inappropriate behaviors, when necessary. Applicant will work closely with youth and their child(ren) and encourage school/trade completion, assist with identifying resources and help strengthen identified supports. Applicant will also be responsible for overseeing youth’s daily activities and will provide them with life skills that may help them with transitioning to living independently with their child(ren).

EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE COORDINATOR -
Egyptian Health Department has an opening for an Early Childhood Care Coordinator. This position requires a Bachelor's in Social Services or qualifications as a Mental Health Professional. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and their families, excellent communication skills, excellent data management skills, and efficiency in day to day functioning. Duties and responsibilities include providing care coordination services to children birth thru seven years of age and their families, coordinate and facilitate initiative and family team meetings, assist with the development of crisis management plans, develop problem solving and self-efficacy skills among families, monitor and increase engagement of families, monitor utilization and outcomes using EHR and other data systems, and provide transportation in a personal vehicle and agency vehicle as needed.
