MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST- Egyptian Health Department has an opening for a Mental Health Therapist. This position requires at least a Master's Degree in Human Services, however preference will be given to licensed applicants with a LCSW, LCPC or LPC. Duties will include counseling services, treatment team meetings, case management and community support activities.

YOUTH PEER SPECIALIST- Egyptian Health Department is seeking a full time position for a Youth Peer Specialist. The Youth Peer Specialist will be the go to person for the youth involved with project connect. Duties include development of programs for young people to facilitate their involvement into the development of project connect, be a representative of the voice of youth that have a serious emotional disturbance/substance use disorder of meetings for project connect, collaborate with care managers and family resource developers to ensure voice of youth in delivery of services. Collaboration with Communication social marketing manager to develop information and presentations about project connect. Qualifications include excellent communication and social skills, preference given to someone with advertising and public speaking experience or training. College graduate preferred but a minimum high school graduate.

This position requires at minimum a bachelor's degree with courses in community education with areas of concentration in the behavioral and biological sciences, and experiences in community health education and/or substance abuse and addiction education.
Requirements include travel, outreach, community education and trainings, knowledge of community resources, collaboration with community groups and organizations, social marketing skills, and strong communication skills in diverse settings.
