Egyptian Health Department is dedicated to providing human services that support and enhance the lives of individuals, families, and groups in southern Illinois.

We provide  DUI Evaluation/Risk Education, Counseling and Substance Use Disorders School-Based Prevention Programs, and  Outpatient Counseling

Our Youth Behavioral Health Services Division provides services customized to fit each family’s unique needs.

Egyptian Health Department offers a wide variety of behavioral health services for both adults and children.

Health Education through Public Health is about promoting individual health, healthy communities, and healthy environments.  

The Environmental Health Department strives to prevent the occurrence of infectious disease within Gallatin, Saline, and White counties by performing comprehensive food protection, private sewage, solid waste and vector control programs.

Our nursing staff is available to provide a variety of health screenings and other general nursing services.
