Substance Use Disorders Program

We provide  DUI Evaluation/Risk Education, counseling and Substance Use Disorders School-Based Prevention Programs.  Outpatient counseling is available for adults and adolescents, and substance abusers or persons whose lives are impacted by substance abuse. Counseling takes place in the form of individual and group counseling, family counseling, and referral to appropriate self-help groups. Referrals are taken from self or family, criminal justice systems, schools and other organizations.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Counseling

Our Substance Use Disorders treatment staff works closely with Dr. Michael Blain and medical team in Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Counseling, a medication-assisted treatment program to treat opioid dependence. 

Substance use Assessments and Evaluations

Our professional substance use staff is qualified to complete comprehensive assessments to evaluate Substance Use Disorders and Mental Health needs.  If you are experiencing increased stress or consequences in life due to or increased by substance use disorders please contact our office and schedule a screening.  


Prevention Services

EHD providesSubstance Use Disorders  Group Education and Intervention services. Prevention services are provided to 5th – 8th grade students at Gallatin and White County Schools.


We accept referrals from employers wishing to refer employees for Substance Use Disorders Treatment and Assessments.

Outpatient Programs offer personalized treatment plans that help individuals understand and manage their addiction with the help of interdisciplinary team providing counseling services.
